Privacy Notice

Personal data submitted to ASF Tutoring is kept by Andrew Fletcher of ASF Tutoring.

The purpose of holding personal data is to provide communication channels with the client to discuss their needs and queries. It may also be requested by and shared with HMRC.

Data collected will include email addresses, phone numbers and relevant academic data of clients.

Data will be stored on a protected cloud based account.

Data can be accessed by the following third parties - Google, HMRC.

Clients have the right to withdraw consent for the use of their personal data or amend it at any time. In the first instance, this should be done by contacting ASF Tutoring directly.

Clients have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO if necessary.
